The Indianapolis Public Transportation Corporation, commonly known as IndyGo, operates the public transit system for the City of Indianapolis. IndyGo’s IT systems are an integral part of their business—from payroll and employee management, to bus schedules, real-time bus maintenance and location information. Current features include:

  • Continuous maintenance and upgrades to comply with the latest web standards and ensure that the website is available 24/7 for rider information.
  • Connect Think as a technical advisor to IndyGo for IT projects, assisting them in identifying workflow efficiencies and functionality solutions within existing systems.
  • New or updated functionality for IndyGo’s internal and external systems, working closely with stakeholders and internal IT staff to develop a solution, and create and execute a project plan.
